Position the measuring tape horizontally and tautly around the widest part of your chest.

Waist (B)

Place the measuring tape horizontally and tautly around the narrowest part of your bust.

Hips (C)

Position the measuring tape horizontally and tautly on the widest part between your waist and thigh.
